Description
This 28 Days program has been designed with a combination of HIIT & endurance sessions mixed with strength & muscle building sessions ! Increasing your fitness, building strength & sculpting your body!
You will train on a 5 day split routine, resting on Wednesdays and the weekends.
All workouts have been designed for home users however you are welcome take your workout to the gym. To get the most out of the workouts you need some dumbbells, resistance band and a fitness mat!
